Will finding ONLY an AL in a country still activate the Country souvenir?

There is the Geocache code that we all know ie. <GC code removed>. But is there a geocache id number equivalent?

I would not want to support religion, this is my personal preference. I would ask that the log be edited before taking any other action, but what other options do I have. If there is nothing that can be done then so be it.

I am visiting the southern US and I am surprised at how many logs I see that end with a quote from the bible. I am aware that a cache listing cannot promote a religious agenda (or other agenda) but what can a cache owner do about people putting this stuff in their logs?

If you find a cache in a "territory" of a country do you get the souvenir for that country. eg. St Pierre and Miquelon are French islands in the Gulf of St Lawrence - if you find a cache here would you get the France country souvenir?
