So, im pretty new to this, and i just posted my introduction under the "who are the lurkers" thread. but, my question...is, if there is a cache, that has been placed in an area that needed permission, I.E. Someones house, should I go and talk to them and let them know what im doing? Or will they already assume? and if you have any hints or tips, please let me know. im already getting addicted, and SUPER excited to learn :] thanks!

Hello :] my name is Amanda, and i acutally just signed into the forum today. Ive been caching for about a month and am still very very new, and getting my "force" :] I think i've done pretty well so far, i've found 21. My husband and I go caching together all the time, and have mainly hit up urban areas around our house to get a feel for it. Im very excited to try some more of the hiking and ones a little deeper in the woods. :]. We are located in Des Moines, Iowa, and any tips or hints or ANYTHING are GREATLY appreciated.
