A lot of cachers place FTF certificates in their caches (Me included). and on a couple of my caches where I felt they had been harder to find I have added a small gift but as for placing anything special then it's totally up to you. Can I just wish you good luck with your first cache guys, and I hope you place many more

  6. Put this one down as my excuse too...lol. I'm glad I did as I love caching and would gladly do it as a full time profession if someone would pay me to do it.
  7. Sorry folks, I know this question has been asked on here before but I never really took much notice of the thread at the time as I had not installed Internet explorer 7 back then. Now that I have installed it, I have the same problem as described in the original thread but I can't find the thread to check it out, hence the reason for posting this one. My problem is, after installing IE7 the picture previews on the cache pages do not show the full images any more so does anyone know of a quick fix to this problem that does not involve installing Firefox instead? Thanking all who reply in advance Mark

  10. The tracking numbers are on the shark silhouette on the back of the coin. The example coin shown above is of an actual coin so the tracking number has been blanked out

  18. Never had cause to abandon a cache but I once had to revisit one after walking half a mile back to the car only to realise that I had left my keys on the ground at the cache site
  19. I have lost a few of my TB's to this kind of error and it's really annoying. Why can't people take the time to log things correctly. If I place a coin or TB into a cache I always note it together with the tracking number on a scrap of paper to make sure it's always logged correctly when I get home.
  20. My sister got me 2 geocoins and hid them at the bottom of her garden. She asked me last week if she could borrow my GPS but would not tell me why but now I know...She was working out the co-ords not a bad attempt either for a muggle
  21. A merry Christmas to all, from me too. I hope Santa brings you all that new Garmin that you asked for.
