  1. My coins came today. I like getting my coins in only 4 days after I order them. I also got a little surprise with the order too.
  2. Today I got my California 2007 micros - beautiful coins.
  3. I got one of these today too! I'm guessing that the elf who was playing postal clerk today is going to bed covered in postmark ink. He sure was sloppy with that cancellation stamp on my envelope. I got one too Mine is white at the top. Mine is Green at the top. How many different colors are there
  4. I got an Elfish Surprise gift today. It came from a North Pole Elf. I have no idea where this Elf mailed the package because the Return Address was MY address too. Plus the postage cancellation was incomplete and smeared. But, it does have a US Postage Stamp. It is a really cool Christmas Stocking design on the coin. On the back it says: This Comes to You In a Cacher's Guise From the North Pole An Elvish Surprise And there is a signature which must be in the Elf language. A card also came with it that has the same saying, but with some additional instructions: A gift to keep or trade away But no sales ever and not on ebay! Please post your pictures and stories as well And may you have a joyous Noel! I haven't been to the North Pole, but I sure am glad that this Elf honored me with this gift. And, No - it's not available for a trade.

  6. I saw the sample of this coin, and have been waiting for it to come out. So I've placed my order. Thanks, this really does look great.
  7. I light a candle - cool idea. I don't personally know Tank, but recently received the Ultimate coin from them, so they've been in my thoughts for that reason. Now, I've added them to my prayer list.
  8. Congrats Pittsburgh. Now all I have to figure out is if I fly or make it a cross country caching trip. Tough choice.
  9. Looking to trade for the Blue and Pink Keystone. I have my geodiamond v-2 (copper) coin to trade. It is non-trackable, but numbered.
  10. Looking for the Pennyslvania GeocoinFest Multi-Event coin. I'm trying to get a 'set' of all the event locations and this one I haven't had trade/sale commitments on.
  11. Looking for the following GeocoinFest Multi-Event coins. I'm trying to get a 'set' of all the event locations and these two I haven't had trade/sale commitments on. -Pennyslvania -Idaho
  12. I bought the set, but I only want coins. Anyone want to tade a coin for this pin?
  13. Still any of these left over for trade?
  14. Sorry I missed your birthday, but Happy Belated Birthday! That was really nice of you to hand out those coins. More people should think of reasons to do the same thing.
  15. I too have spent my budget for coins for awhile, but this is so cool, I need to have it in my collection. I'd like one of each of which ever metal I can have as a non-attender.
  16. I'll be going to the Northern California event. Also, I am looking for the following 2007 GeocoinFest Multi-Event geocoins. The coins will be made available at the Oct 6th events, but many have pre-ordered them. I will trade my Northern California location event coin or another coin (let me know what coin you would like to trade) for them. -Alberta -British Columbia -Georgia -Hawaii -Idaho -Minnesota -Nova Scotia -Pennsylvania -Quebec -South Dakota -Texas -Washington -Wisconsin I have some potential trades (after the event, if there any coins left over), but I'd like to get a commitment now so that I know I'll be able to get a coin.
  17. I should have added that I'm always willing to trade for anything I don't already have (and sometimes even for ones I do) PM Sent

  19. Considering that it's private information between the customer and the mint, I'd be leary about using any mint that released private sales information to a unauthorized third party. They'd likely be opening themselves up to a law suit by disclosing such information... so I don't think that route is going to work. I wasn't suggesting to get private info (without customer concent), but mostly to get the info that they published in an attempt to sell the coin. Of course, most of that info is still on the web somewhere and it could probably be obtained with a little bit of searching, without getting the mint involved.
  20. Since info is sometimes hard to find on many coins, we could go to the 'mint' and ask for the info that they provided for their advertising of the coin for sale. As a reward, each participating 'mint' could get a full page ad in the book. However, for coins that were not sold, there wouldn't be much info the mint could provide without contacting the owner.
