I'm in the Dallas area.. Las Colinas to narrow it down. I'm also new to caching but have quickly become hooked. Any other Dallas area cachers? Might be fun to get together.

I'm in! I love the ease of using the geocache app but was considering buying another GPSr to use when close to GZ since something that is more accurate than the iphone is needed. This seems to fit the bill perfectly. Now, the question is where to get it. I can't seem to find any information about it other than tech blogs.

Hello everyone! I just wanted to take this chance to introduce myself. I'm Chris Linville, one member of a 4 person group that has garnered the name, The Pirates Life. You can read about us on our website http://www.thepirateslife.com if you would like. We're just 4 guys that are preparing to leave on a trip to sail around the world. Our foray into geocaching is pretty new but I've got to admit that I quickly became hooked. After all, it's very pirate like activity! I've been using the iphone app and everywhere I go I can't fight the urge to check the area for geocaches. It's been a great time so far. So much so that we've decided to change our travel plans a bit. We've now decided that our goal while sailing will be to search for geocatches as we travel. Using that as our "roadmap" around the world to find as many in different locations as we can... with the goal of finding at least one in every country where they exist.
