  1. The Active Quarries catagory is up for adoption, and I have always liked quaries and enjoy visitng them, I've joined the group. We need two more members in the group to manage the catagory. Please join! AQ Category link
  2. It seem slike they should be able to, but I don't see a way to create a new catagory if the group already manages one. Can it be done? Thanks, Matt (ecocyclist)
  3. I'll be glad to manage an international Bird Watching Locations catagory... I think that it's a great idea and, as a birder myself, it would be very helpful.
  4. The Altoids tin is fine, in my opinion. Just hide it so it doesn't get wet. I have no problem with the bible verse, either.
  5. Boo Radley is a character in To Kill a Mockingbird who the two main characters, Jem and his sister Scout are afraid of. They find items (the two soap dolls, etc) that Boo puts in a tree knot. I read this book last year for school!
  6. write a note for the cache(s) you put them in and "drop" them in using the little box beneath the log area.
  7. 4 months here... one of mine was last found early October.
  8. Visit my profile andtry to name the tune! Winners are listed weekly; tunes change weekly!
  9. I would expect nothing less of Odragon... I'm already working on the new goal!
  10. Yeah, I was thinking like public hawk-watch decks, parks that are known as especially good birding locations (like John Heinz Tinicum in Philadelphia) etc.
  11. I think having a higher level catagory like like would be great, and have sub catatgories for the different types of animals you can see (or something along those lines).
  12. Any locations good for birdwatching. This catagory would be helpful to any birders out there. There should be a valid reason WHY a waymark is good for birdwatching, e.g. if there are 15 or so resident species.
  13. This was a locationless for converted railway depots, i.e. depots that are now being used for something else. I would like to turn it into a catagory. Thoughts?
  14. Maybe have broad subcatagories- like residential areas, urban areas, wilderness areas, etc.
  15. I vote yes. As a tennis player myself, I think a tennis court waymark would be great. Variables could include public/private, indoor/outdoor, etc.
  16. That could be a subcatagory of Government Buildings... so far the GB waymark doesn't have any subcatagories.
  17. I think that's a good point... I'd be willing to manage a subcatagory if you want.
