  1. This should help you some as well... There's a few others, but can't find them right now
  2. I have read through this a bit, but became board and decided not to finish reading it. I have highlighted the question and am going to answer it. If someone has already please forgive me. The question I understand that you asked is why is the found it an option on your own cache. IMO it's there, because it would take more time and maybe even something extra added to the site to take the option off of an owners account. It's there, because it's easier to have it available on all caches then just ones you don't own. Also IMHO you shouldn't log your own cache if you're the one that hid it. If you are a husband and wife (or just two people using the same account) and You were not there when it was hid you should be able to count it as a find. If you're worried about someone seeing that you logged it and it's the same name as the cache owner name simply add in your log that the other member of the team hid it and you wasn't there at the time, but have now found it.
  3. The Girls: Me (ya gotta love hunting season... I was on side of road or I would have had more orange one): I don't have a good one of all of us. Here's one of Jerry with the girls though: The last one wasn't cache related... Well, Kinda... We planed on getting the Arch Cache, but forgot to by the time we were done.
  4. Just my 2 cents, but either the OP has two accounts or somthing. 13 finds since 11-12-04.....
  5. Here is how you do it. You can do this before the cache is approved, but it must be saved in the system before you can upload an image. I usually enter the cache listing in plain text, and then format it while waiting for approval. First you upload an image for the cache, from the cache listing page. A link will show up below the mapping links, with the name you give it. If you right click on the link to the image you should have an option to "Copy Shortcut". Clicking this puts the url of the image on your clipboard. If you click on "Edit Listing" at the upper right corner of your cache page, you can paste the url into the description. Then you can add the actual tag, "<img src=" for image source. It looks like this: <img src="http://img.Groundspeak.com/cache/88446_200.jpg"> This will embed the photo you uploaded in the text area of the description. That should be all there is to. You must add the image to your cache page first, so you can use the URL to link to it. Trying to link to images stored elsewhere brings up some issues that are more easy to avoid than deal with. Dave_W6DPS A BIG Thank you from me!!!!
  6. I haven't read all of this (any really just your first post) just want to chime in real fast that going by how posts shouldn't be done because there's people (like me) that spend Most of their time in Off Topic, which those posts DON'T count towards total posts... I show 293 (right this second) but if you know where to look you can see I have another 7137. I think I'll look over this thread after my nap... Wanda, trust me. Just leave it alone. Sometimes it's better to walk away with your dignity than slog through to make a point. Eh, until I seen these two posts I'd only planed on the one posting. I've finished the thread. I see a lot of good responses and alot of useless ones. I'm almost in tears because I wasted the time, but something about Cheers being empty and me taking too long of a nap I had to read something. I can't tell you how many times I've wished that I learned that lesson in these forums. I hate learning lessons...

  8. Best thing you can do to avoid dieing is to be in a coma... wait no, usually even that leads to death... So, you just have to die in able to avoid dying again.
  9. I hope you've noticed I have not yet once asked for a pony. Well, maybe not today. But on December 14th, 2004, you asked for a pony. yes, yes, I meant in this specific thread. It seems to be doing fine without my nice thought-out replies But that's say the 19th... See?
  10. I haven't finished reading yet and would bet this has been brought up. I may be wrong but I think GC.com and hiders (for that matter) are safe from being sued if someone got hurt badly while looking for a cache... Something about there being mentioned (more then once) that the cacher (finder) is responsible for themselves while caching... Not exact words and I don't feel like looking up the exact wording, but it's something like that........ Someone (that knows) please correct me if I'm wrong...
  11. I've done a few and it took any where from an hour to two days (only one time).
  12. I have to say, NudeCacher is one of my favorite persons to talk with. In fact I can't wait to have a chance to cache with him. He even offered to wear clothes. If you look through his gallery and talk with him you will see he doesn’t believe in pushing this onto anyone. When he needs to wear them he does put clothes on. I enjoy his and other cacher's pictures taken in this manner. There is Nothing Sexual at all in any of them. I think (as has been said) you need to visit a nudist colony and see what it's all about. Or atlest a site of one. IMHO I think the problem is, perhaps the OP is a man and so is NC. AS you all woulda noticed he said he wouldn't mind if a nice looking lady posted like that. Well, a News Flash for the OP, they cover everything up when they take the pictures as well. Now, before I have to self moderate much more, I'm going to go. I will add that because of the self moderation I haven't been able to say near as much as I'd love to.
  13. I see alot saying if they signed the log and some saying go for it... I say if they was with you but didn't sign the log have them say in their online post that they was with you and have them put the same date as you did. As long as they say they're late logging it, I don't see any problems.
