  1. Are you referring to the Nuvi-GPX-v2 macro? I see there are several other Nuvi-GPX macros. After you run the macro, how do you then get the GPX files on the Nuvi? Do I need to then run the Garmin POI Loader program with the NUVI attached to my computer? Also, if I need to access a file generated by the macro, where would it be saved to on the computer. As you can tell, I'm fairly new to using macros with GSAK.
  2. When I Download a List to my Garmin Nuvi, the caches GC code appears in it's Saved Places list. Is there a way to have the cache name appear in this list instead?
  3. I can run the County Mapper (MapCounties.gsk) macro in GSAK but don't know how to paste this data/map into my profile statistics web page in geocaching.com. Can someone let me know the process to do this?
  4. Could you tell me how I check to see if I'm running any scripts and if so, what I should do about it? Also, how do I clear my cache, as I have no problem doing so. I no sooner sent this previous reply when I discovered how to clear the cache. And wouldn't you know, all is working fine again in Firefox; all maps show up now, drop down menus work,no issues at all. Thanks fgor the great tip.

  6. I also see a blank map screen whenever I try to map caches around my house, look at a map of a pocket query, or map an individual cache, BUT, only when using Firefox. With IE, all maps display just fine. With Firefox, I also notice the drop down links across the top do not show when I put the cursor on any of them. With IE, drop downs work just fine. I have preferred using Firefox, but now have to settle for IE when using this web site, and use Windows 7 OS.
  7. Thanks for the info. Did not realize the limit, so I will be deleting them. Now I need to study the benefits and procedures to do Pocket Query's.
  8. I'm fairly new to geocacheing and have been using a Garmin Colorado 400t unit, which I like very much. I see that the unit has a sub-folder to the Garmin folder titled GPX, which appears to contain all the .gpx files (caches) that I have downloaded to the unit. Is there a need to retain these files on the unit after I have found and logged them on geocaching.com. I do notice they show up as found sites on the units map and presume they would disappear once I have deleted their .gpx file?
