I don’t catch poison ivy; my father was the same way. My mother has been in the hospital with a case of it! I got ate up with ticks Monday night, I picked over two dozen off me. I never saw such a bramble; I kept thinking this dude is out of his mind, who would wade in this thicket to hide Tupperware! And to top it all off the last log read “short walk easy find” just a month before! I finally stumbled back to my truck and decided to double check my numbers, sure enough, after a slight correction, it was a short walk and easy find…

I see this a lot around here "page loaded but with errors" Mostly when I try to do a search using a zip code. Not every time! Also I have been hit with "program not responding" several times from the site. Has it always been like this, or? I still like the site, but it is nearly unusable on my dial-up from home because of these issues.

I too just found out that when you post a "Needs Maintenance" report you don't get credit for the find. Today I posted a found it report. I think this is a bug in the system, I think you should get credit for the find when you post the Needs Maintenance report, or at least have an option that allows you to check that you found it or not when you file the post. But that is just me, now that I know, I will know what to do...

My wife and I found our first two last week without a GPS. I knew the locations from the map in the report, and we followed the clues... We now have a GPS, of the two we found this week, one we didn't really need it to find, the second, we would not have located without it. Even with the GPS "telling me" what stump it was in it took me five minutes to find it, and there where at least a dozen stumps in the area.

I just started this myself, but as far as "paperless" goes, my wife likes having the paper to read while we are on the way and she likes working out the hints. You may find your kids to be the same...
