I love the fact that when I got my Legend Cx I did not have to buy new maps to autoroute, thanks to metrowizz. Unfortunately, I cannot get autorouting to work when I have uploaded both Metroguide NA and Topo maps. What I ended up doing was using a nearly free 512MB microSD card for topo then I can swap it out when I want topo maps.

I came here hoping to find a solution to this frustrating problem, but it appears no simple solution existings. All I would need for my uses is the ability to download an entire state at once, or at least a higher limit on the PQ. I see no reason for a 500 cache limit on the PQs. Why not make entire states available via FTP? In a few seconds I'd have all the states I needed for a trip. The filtering I can do myself. I first create my route in Garmin's Mapsource, save as an mps file, then use that mps file as an arc filter in GSAK, using a 1 mile distance from the roads I'm on. All it would take to make this so easy...at least for Garmin users, is access to larger groups of data, such as entire states.

Hey, I found that one last June!!

I was at our local grocery store/drug store getting an Rx filled and noticed some small nitroglyercin pill bottle holders. They are made of plastic and have an O-ring for keeping out moisture and are about 2" long by 1" in diameter. $2 each. I bought a couple and held one underwater for 5 minutes to test it out and no water got in at all. Only time will tell how they hold up to the elements. You can see this one, and several others here. The one I bought is the white plastic one lower down. I plan on spray painting it before placing it. Pat
