  1. I got some online at that Eplace from SBELL who inhabits this very forum. couldn't ask for a better place to go.
  2. WOW! Panties on that tight and twisted must really hurt!! And how did your Cheerios taste? The brochure seems to indicate that the house and 100 acres were GIVEN TO, not purchased by the TAXPAYERS. The 100 acres seem to be included in the site, don't ya think? How was the Smokey the Bear Trail excursion? To your liking I hope!

  4. Yes , you are not surpossed to dig. A natural depression is ok.
  5. You must re-sign---How else can we keep track of your movements!
  6. I don't have any problems seeing the screen in daylight. You can adjust contrast ect. to get a better view.
  7. I have experienced this and spoken to others that have. As you gain experience and confidence it goes away. Just be observant when you reach for a cache and replace it the same way you found it. Of course you should be aware of muggles and wait to replace when you aren't being observed. Don't worry, you'll do fine.
  8. Please see my cache GCVA33, it has been very well recieved. I will place another to join you in your project. Count Florida in.
  9. On GC there is a link to Bookcrossing. I think it's under "RESOURCES".
  10. 2045, of course we run into alot of water also, mainly to the west.
  11. Gee, I think I'll just jump right in on that auction with both feet!
  12. It's really pretty safe out in the world, just take what you would take if you were going there and not caching and add the few thing you need just to cache. good luck!
  13. How about doing it the way you are, but add a velcro wrist band to your hand?
  14. I had a books only(plus TB's) cache. I found that using a .50 cal ammo can worked well for paperbacks. I put the books in indivdual, large freezer bags. Everything stayed dry , even when it was opened in the rain. Stand the books up. I had lots of trades and lots of TB's. After about 10 months it was stolen. I'd do it again.
  15. They should have logged them promtly.
  16. Ah! Keystone! ever the voice of quiet reason!
  17. Gee... I'll have to remember all those nice ways to get along with people. The cacher got his smiley, but the owner had to archive it, lets hear it for public relations.
  18. I have found found caches like that here in Florida. One had the top on so tight I did use a pipe wrench to open it, Dry inside. The other the top was hand tight and wet inside. I also found a large Folgers can that was wet and moldy inside. Hard to beat ammo cans and Decons.
