  1. How do I go about Adopting a cache that needs Repair?
  2. I have seen this done Befor, it was a great cach. the bucket was nice and flush with the ground and covered with a root thing so you would never now, Cant find that cache link now but will look for it.
  3. Does any one know why they are called bench marks? Please check out my webpage www.cokehat.com
  4. I may not always look for the rules when placeing a cache so what if there could be a place for a finder to put in this info like the coordinates, Then at a click of a button you can veiw only this information that the previous finders have noted, like having to pay or needing a canoe to get to the cache, or even that the coordinates are wrong. I have found i need to look at previos entrys to check that the coordinates are right or missenterd.
  5. i did not read all the post sorry so if this was said i agree. So the cacher pick's a cache, did he pick it due to the challenge, the sight, the contents? I think that might be a disaster. one cacher could say it was great when another might have strugled and dint like it. If you like a cache put it in the log and the cache owner could quote you and put it in the discription. Or what if that was another part of logging your cache. You give cordinates why not ratings that could show up when searched like the travel bug simble shows up when you have a list of caches? Hope that makes sence
  6. What about the pitures from cache camera's? They were taken by a visiting cacher with the camera you supplied at your site. They did take that picture so what happens then. The cache owner may develope it and even scan and send the pic's to the owner... so what do people feel should happen then? Does maby the Geocaching site own them? What do you think?
  7. yeah that list was kind of cool to look at. I havent tryed the new search yet but i do like the added travel bug list. And the licence is a fun touch, does any one have a plate like this? well maby thats another forum...
  8. Ok, not you but im sure he and the other hard workes on the other end gets there share of cr*p over this forum. Sorry dint mean to dirrect that at you.
  9. I would not be *** intrested in the Travel distance as a map showing where you have gotten caches from, That would be more realistic when you show it to someone who might not be a cacher but is intrested to see what you have accomplished. I would show that to people and they might be able to better grasp the concept of geocaching.
  10. Man I would just like to say good job Jeremy Irish i just read that whole topic and you try and do something good but there is always someone there to complain- to them just delete the email its not hard. To Jeremy keep up the good work and thanks for making our voices count for something. This is still a free sight and its got pretty good "custumer service" at that.
  11. Well the geocaching page has collected a lot of pitures all of witch you can veiw but what happens when i print one off and put it into an article im writing that might show up in the news paper?
  12. I am new to this (forum thing) so some one might have said it and since its been a while since iv placed a cache it might already be here but i think that a placed cach should be able to be loged as two people placing it i mean u can have two names under the title but i do belive u cant have it on two MY CAHCING PAGES as caches you have hidden because i have and know others have come together and hidden caches with other geocachers did i got my point across and are there others out there that agree with me? and is the a special message icon for ideas?
