Quilt Lady, my 82 Year old mother passed away in June of '06. I helped her put Jack's Quilt out in the wild. She carefully sewed it herself and was excited to see it travel. We would cache together when we could. Anyway, let me get to the point. Sometime ago I e-mailed the person who had Jack's Quilt to ask it be returned to me but I did not receive a response. It has just been placed in a cache again after 18 months. I thought it was lost. I want to go on the TB page to change the goal and request I be contacted by someone that can pick up the TB but I can not remember my mothers password. I tried adding a log but I also do not have the tracking number. I was wondering if anyone knew if Groundspeak would give me access. My only other idea is to wait until it is picked up and e-mail the cacher that gets it. My concern is that they have no way of knowing that I have any connection to Jack's Quilt. Hmmm, neither does Groundspeak for that matter. Any ideas? Thanks

That is what I had tried. It pops no waypoints found. So I thought I was doing it wrong. But your example is the same except I used my logon ID from GC.com.

Sorry, But I don't seem to be able to filter for more than one found log. The earlier problem is exactly mine but I don't know how to do the response. Maybe, I am just too tired. I will read it again on Saturday. While not a true computer wizard, I am not usually lost either. I do use filters. Thanks for the help.

My filter for "found" caches displays the correct caches. But the count on the bottom right is incorrect. It shows a higher number. Since I use the user data field to manually number my caches, I know that no extra caches are being displayed. On the bottom more to the left it says 90 shown (out of 303). This is correct but on the left the yellow square for found caches says 117. All other searches display correctly. Found also used to display correctly. Not sure when or why I lost it.

I want my printed pages to read "Page 1 of 3" . I don't remember the codes to put in to make the footer. I had deleted them earlier and now I want them back. Thanks

Wondering if anymore has been learned on this topic. I also have three locations under the line. All three were cache waypoints that I went to. They seem to act like folders. Now when I download new waypoints, they can be found under each of these location names. So it seems that when I download waypoints I am filling three folders with the same info. And I am not sure I want any of them to exist. This isn't very clear. Hopefully you know what I mean.

The two that will not load from DR are Fredericksburg's Hurkamp Park and Fredericksburg's Kenmore Park. I can load these to the GPS from GSAK just not from DR.

OK, I have made some progress. I can upload my waypoints if I delete two of the waypoints. All the others upload to the GPS. If I try to include either of the two the upload fails with a timeout. The waypoints are all from the GC site. I have saved them to GSAK then exported them to DR. They all load into DR but the two will not export to the GPS. These are both caches by the same owner but I don't know why they would have a problem. I can probably add them manually.

Sorry, but I don't understand your answer. The DR program is communicating with my GPS. I can upload the region maps. When I try to upload waypoints the bar does start across but in a very short time I get the error message.

I have been reading here for some time now and have learned a lot. I want to thank all that participate for the time spent helping the tech disadvantaged among us. I just purchased Mapsend Directroute for my Meridian Gold. I had already upgraded the firmware to 5.12 so I left that as it was. I was able to select a region and upload it to my GPS. I also had no trouble importing waypoints from GSAK into the DR on my computer. However, when I try to upload the waypoints from DR to my GPS, I always get a Time out message. It tells me to check that NMEA is off (it is) but offers no other help. I tried all night and can't get past this. Please, What am I not doing???

After all this time lurking, I finally asked a question, then I found my answer. I see it now!!

Sorry, but I can't find a map link on the TB pages. I know I used to but it has been awhile and apparently senility has taken hold since then. I clicked on Honeychile's link. that is exactly what I am looking for. How do I get there for other TBs. Thanks
