Here is the situation, maybe you have had this experience and you want to share it as well. Im new to this sport and the second hide I put out got took. Then after several people couldn't find it I put it out again..Two days later..gone...A fellow cacher helped in getting another one prepared and told me a good spot in the same area. when I got to it their was alot of traffic. I waited and hide it a little diff. The same people went back and still can't find it Im flustered over this....do I just archive and move on?

Are people who steal caches mainly come across them by accident or do they purposly go out and steal them? Any one have any knowledge or thoughts on this?

I am a newbe to the sport, and since the word go I have been encouraged by and helped by the long timers here in klamath falls. I was told about this by a friend and started it, if I had not been encouraged and relized that its a good community of people to be around, then i would have not continued. So....encourage the newcomers, grow the sport and HAVE FUN.....
