I left the browser (Chrome) running for several hours, restarted it a few times and no luck. Today it started the same, but then started working - so who knows what is going on, but never had this problem before using Windows 11? Time to get off the computer with - it's frustrations - and get out on the trail.
Same thing has happened to me - except it has not corrected itself. Cannot decrypt hint, no small map, show I have found the cache, and indicated 3 logs, but no logs show up. Been this way since getting new computer running Windows 11. Any ideas
I have found six caches with "Sapphires" and each cache page states I have found 3/3 as required for the game. However the Mystery at the Museum web page says I have only found 1 sapphire. This is the last jewel needed to complete this level. Any ideas?
Works fine for me now, but I just use it to quickly download new caches to my GPS (I'm not a smart phone user). Then I run PQs once a week or so to update the file.

Finally found the reason for problem with Chrome Browser and the "Send To My GPS" button. Apparently the latest version of Chrome no longer supports NPAPI plug-ins. See following link for explanation and work around. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6213033
Hopefully Geocaching.com / Delorme will upgrade the plug-in before Chrome 45 is released....
I guess I also have to modify my comments about Delorme, but I still feel they tend to ignore Geocaching - ever since they remove (or changed) the way PQs can be downloaded and Field Notes uploaded. Having said that I still like my PN-60
Cache On
I do use the drag & Drop method for PQs, however the "Send to my GPS" button use to load it directly into the file I had open on the GPS. When I click on the button and go for a new Delorme download I see that Delorme no longer shows support for Chrome, so I guess I'm hooped. Delorme is not Geocaching friendly
Starting a few days ago, the chrome browser will no longer load Caches on my DeLorme PN-60 GPS. When I click on the "send to my GPS" button, the pop up window says I have to down load the plug in - which I did again - still no luck. This worked just fine up until a few days ago. If I go through the Explore browser it works just fine. Any ideas? Anyone else running into this problem?
