Ok, I have a little somthing i wanted to try around here. I have a location picked out that is muggle free in the woods of a huge and gorgeous local park. Found the perfect container and all for this. I want to make it a "Coin Drop" for moving and trading coins around the area. Reason i wanted to do this is because it seems the closest coins are always 20+ miles away and half the times they are not even in there. The spot is real close to three major highways making it very accessible from virtually anywhere....NJ Turnpike, I-295 and 55 if you are from the are you are real familiar with these. Here's my problem.....I dont have the cash to shell out to buy 10 or so coins and that is how many i wanted to start it with to get it going. I have 2 coins right now ready to go in there just would like to get some more. If you have some coins to spare any help would be appreciated. It will get them moving for sure on the East Coast. I'm just over the bridge from Philadelphia, over in NJ. I do a lot of traveling so wouldnt mind spreading some around. Have a couple trips coming up over the next couple months in South Carolina And Florida and am close to PA, DE.

Yeah, I keep going through Geocache.com first then clicking on their forums link. I wonder if there is a cookie or something doing it to me. I even log out of the forums and go back and try again.

I recently set up a new account with a new name on geocache.com but for some reason i cannot login to the forums under that new name. It will only let me use the old login and password. Any idea how to fix it so when i post it has my current Geocache Name? Thanks Jayman11

Ahh....intersting....good point. I will just make some alterations. That was just a small sample of what i was doing. I will do it with different logos, not necessarily the geocache.com ones. I probably will whip up either my own logo or something for my personal ones. I can do just about anything I can think of on there so shouldnt be too hard to come up with something a little different.

I Make custom million dollar bills which are about 1/4 size of a normal bill, laminated, printed on both sides and has my name underneath the logo. I can do just about anything with them. Let me know what you think. Here's a sample (Click On Pic To Enlarge):

Your welcome, and I hope the event is a great sucess... I have yet to get a coin of my own going. Mainly just havent had the money to get one or at least get the wife to approve! Having a baby on the way doesnt help either. LOL Any good places I can get a coin real cheap other than Ebay? I just got into this about a month or so ago and have been having a great time. Some may delete them. You will decrease the chance though if you mention what you are doing in the logs. Say something like "Logging under new account, logbook was signed under xxxxx account". That makes sense, wish i would have thought of that before! LOL..guess i can always add that on just in case.

I have a question....I just had to start a new acount. Only had 42 finds so far but wanted to change my login name and such so had everything transfered over other than my finds which i had to relog manually which means now i have new logs under my new name but what i signed was with my old name. So might someone delete my logs that i just redid. I used the same dates with the same text but now it's just my new login name.

I'm in almost the same spot. I just need to know how to transfer my found caches and such into the new account. I just found out that my wife is pregnant with our first child. I was wanting to do my first hide with some sort of Geocoin that had something to do with children or a 1st child or such so that i could track it and see where it ends up in 9 months. I thought this would be neat. Does anyone have any links to where i could possibly find a coin like this? I did a lot of searching but didnt find anything baby like. Thanks!
