No I am sure to log in before sales. I sent them an email so I will wait to hear what they say about the situation. I hope they hook me up with no problems too!
You shouldn't have a problem, I think they track by paypal email so since mine is different then my primary email address I included that in the email to them.
I wouldn't worry about it, I am sure they will fix it.

Don't confuse Glow in the dark with Blacklight paint, they are two different things.
Yeah I know, but most glow in the dark paint will show up to a certain extent with the help of a blacklight right? It may not look the same or have the same effect but you can still see the features, or at least I am hoping. If it doesn't work out I will let you know

Mine work also, and yes the room does seem to need to be dark. I have a handheld blacklight on the way to see if that will help things along at all.
