You shouldn't have a problem, I think they track by paypal email so since mine is different then my primary email address I included that in the email to them. I wouldn't worry about it, I am sure they will fix it.

Don't confuse Glow in the dark with Blacklight paint, they are two different things. Yeah I know, but most glow in the dark paint will show up to a certain extent with the help of a blacklight right? It may not look the same or have the same effect but you can still see the features, or at least I am hoping. If it doesn't work out I will let you know

Were you always logged in when you bought the coins? I had one that I had forgotten to log in for and I just sent them an email and asked them to add it to my history. They hooked it up with no problems

Mine work also, and yes the room does seem to need to be dark. I have a handheld blacklight on the way to see if that will help things along at all.
