  1. Take a camera with you and every time a muggle is around, start taking 'artistic' photos of something. I found this to be incredibly effective as it gives you an excuse for looking at strange things like shrubs ("setting up your shot") and staying in the one spot for long periods of time. And who knows - you might even take some interesting photos!
  2. I just got myself a Magellan Explorist GC which is brilliant for paperless geocaching and sending caches to the GPS is seriously easy with the click of a button, however, I was wondering if anyone's found a way to send a number of caches to their GPS at the same time. At the moment, I have to send each cache to my GPS individually and it would be a big time saver if I could, for example select a number at a time and send them all at once or something...
  3. Ah thank you! Not sure how I missed the 'delete button' but there you go. Yes, apparently it had only been dropped off hours before, but I didn't know that until I got the email - I don't understand how I could have known if it hadn't been logged? The last log for this TB was not the cache I found it in and the last log for the cache was almost a month ago. Therefore I thought the previous person would have had enough time to log taking the TB from the previous cache before dropping it in the cache I found it in. As I understand it, there are essentially two logs with a TB - the log where you take it from the cache you found it in, and then a second log you do when you drop it in a new cache. Should you not log the first one before dropping it in the second one? Hope that makes sense, just trying to work out what the TB etiquette is here.
  4. Hi, as a newbie geocacher, I made a major geocaching faux pas and logged a TB before the person before me got to log it. I got an angry email from them (understandably) saying that I didn't give them a chance to log their time with the TB before I did. I only logged because I noted from the previous logs that no one had logged a grab and assumed that they would do this before dropping it off in another cache. Anyway, I don't suppose there is anyway to rectify the situation by removing my log, allowing the previous person to do their log and then relogging my own visit? Also, I realise I have done wrong here, so if you're just going to post to tell me off, don't bother, I've learned my lesson. Thanks.
