  1. I have a TB whos goal is to reach Team Shpadoinkle in Albuquerque, NM. After many months of geo-travel the bug finally arrived in Albuquerque. Yeay! A few short hours later a kindly, retired couple picked it up and moved it nearly 200 miles away. They simply didn't realize the goal of this TB until it was too late. Team Shpadoinkle missed it by less than an hour. Recently another geocacher decided to pick it up and take it to his home... in Montana! Argh!!! The goal is clearly stated on the face of the Travel Bug, it is very obvious where it wants to go. Do some geocachers intentionally move bugs away from their stated goals? Or is there some way I can make the goal more obvious? "TOP SECRET" Travel Bug Page Suggestions???
  2. "Top Secret" TB is still hanging out near Gallup, hoping to move toward Albuquerque soon. Any New Mexico cachers looking to help a travel bug? TOP SECRET
  3. Thanks Happy Bubbles! These were surprisingly tasty if you don't mind sesame seeds with your chocolate. Mmmmm... "chokosnakku"!
  4. Hah! I especially like the "Ev-a-ur-ie Bu-gar" part! Thanks for the info!
  5. Can anyone interpret the Asian text on this Travel-Bug??? Chocolate Cheeseburger
  6. Can anyone translate this? I am curious to know exectly what the text elements say. If anyone can read this Travel Bug, I would genuinely appreciate a translation... Thanks!
  7. Also... Once this bug achieves its initial goal, it will become a puzzle-bug. The puzzle key will be on the actual bug so anyone who moves it will be able to solve the puzzle/mystery. Should be fun!
  8. No worries! You were just trying to help out a fellow geocacher... GOOD STUFF!
  9. The TBXXXX number is only a reference number, not the actual tracking number. The reference number cannot be used to log, grab or post to a Travel Bug.
  10. I recently released my "Chocolate Cheeseburger" Travel Bug (TBM3KA) into the world. This is the kind of bug that could generate some fun/interesting/odd TB-logs and might be fun to "watch"...
  11. Hiya Geocachers, The "TOP SECRET" Travel Bug is currently in the "West End Route 66" (GCPGV4) cache near Gallup and wants to move toward Albuquerque ASAP. If anyone is geocaching near Gallup and is able to help this bug move to a cache in or near Albuquerque, that would be a wonderful thing! Thanks for any assistance you can provide... Happy trails!

  13. Here are some terrific Southern California geocachers after completing "ThE HoLlyWoOd SiGn" Cache Cleanup (GCNAVY). If you close one eye and squint with the other you just might see part of the Hollywood sign in the background... More Images...
  14. Happy Cache In Trash Out Day 2005! "ThE HoLlyWoOd SiGn" Cache Cleanup will begin at 1:00 pm and last approx. one hour followed by a group hike to Ooper's cache! Come join in the fun! GCNAVY: N 34° 06.987 W 118° 20.525 Team Snorkasaurus
  15. Thanks to The Badge & The Butterfly for the link!
  16. "The Cow Spots" is the first cacher to correctly solve the first puzzle... ALL HAIL THE COW SPOTS!!! Team Snorkasaurus
  17. Nope, no special route... Just that it gets there eventually via Geocache. After it reaches Albuquerque and its first goal is achieved, a new goal will be posted which will keep the TB in general circulation. The bug will be given a "key" to help unlock a new puzzle which any/all geocachers can participate in... The "key" will not be absolutely necessary to solve the puzzle, but will definately help! There is already a small puzzle on the TB page that anyone can decipher, give it a try! TEAM SNORKASAURUS
  18. (YOSHI!!!) I have some geo-friends I would like to "watch" and who would also like to be able to share in my geo-adventures; however, I believe it should be necessary to have permission before adding a cacher to your watch list. Maybe even a way of setting a "no to all" or "yes to all" permission preference? Team Snorkasaurus
  19. I recently sent my "TOP SECRET" TB on a mission to reach Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a puzzle related TB and I will be posting a few puzzles and puzzle related items of interest on the "TOP SECRET" TB page. Feel free to share in the puzzle solving fun! Also, any assistance in helping this TB reach Albuquerque will be greatly appreciated! TEAM SNORKASAURUS
  20. What is the correct procedure for adopting a cache? A wonderful cache near my home is in need of a new owner as the original owner now lives on the opposite coast. I have contacted the cache owner and am awaiting a response, but I don't know the "correct" process for cache adoption. Suggestions???
  21. Hiya Jememy, Thanks for all your efforts! The changes look great and everything seems to work on my system. I enjoy the custom backgrounds, but this setup seems to have better proportions. Great job!
