  1. @Johannis10 Das werde ich ggf. mal machen. Gute Idee.
  4. This will not be necessary as it is there now. In this case, those several minutes were more than 24 hours, which was probably some glitch somewhere - not necessarily a data caching issue on my side though as I had this checked from multiple devices, GC accounts, and Internet networks. My finds count was one less than it should have been as well, so it was not a sorting issue either. I logged the cache Friday afternoon GMT+2 and apparently it was not index by the time I posted in the forums (~midnight Saturday). But as I said, it's works now, so it was a temporary glitch. BTW: Renaming the columns is a good idea.
  5. Slow but proper releases are much better than many bugged releases in a row. In the meantime: Can anyone find GCWFBR in my finds list. I can't.
  6. I think most of the frustration comes from the fact that there are no clear answers as to why certain things have to change. Most answers were "political" at best (privacy concerns) or only given if they could be convenienty answered. In my book, it is ok to admit that certain things do not work out just yet but that certain targets have to be met. But that would help us to understand why e.g. archived caches are such a mess. You are keeping quite a distance from the community at this point which makes it very difficult for us to show understanding and patience.
Bedankt! famerlor_dragon
  8. You need to add "found by: VangeRover". "Found by me" is not working properly at the moment as it does not show archived caches. See my other post.
  9. Usability If you accidentally clicked the title of your (often) single attributes column in the results page, you need to scroll outside the white box to make it go away. Please make the outside of the white box clickable to abort. This is much more intuitive. Took me an accidental scroll to notice that I do not have to go back an forth with another attribute.
  10. "found by me" is the parameter "hf" and "found by: user" is "fb=user". They should do the same thing, but only the letter enables displaying archived caches. So I suspect they have tied further rights to those parameters which is probably the reason this screwed up so bad.
  11. Why would you disable this for other searches? I agree that archives caches have no practical values as they can't be found. But they are part of the lore of the game (and part of several mysteries) and, hence, of interest.
  12. Just noticed the change in my mobile phone. 1) Archived caches do not display for me either despite saying so. Column titles seen to be off too: Last found? Do you ever test before shipping stuff? I am not your guinea pig, but a playing customer. Seriously. 2) Your obsession with white-outing result lists leaves only 12 characters for caches titles. Not much, if you want to distinguish titles such as "Powertrail #..." from "Powertrail #..." How about multiple rows or less white? We want to use lists not marvel at them. 3) Infos in the results, such as GC-codes still cannot be copied and pasted (at least on mobile). Annoying. This is just my first impression. And while this sounds negative, the overall direction seems to be the right one.
  14. Ping. Does anyone at Groundspeak read the Forum at all and cares to comment? It's still noch working and annoys the hell out of me and everbody expecting an answer through the message system.
  15. Started to happen to me over the weekend too. Even if it was the wrong e-mail, I do not get notifications about that (which I got before). So something broke over the weekend. Please fix it!
  16. Not sure if this has been mentioned. In the "old days" of the new search I think I remember that you were able to use the sorting ability to do primary and secondary sorting (for example "sort by date first, then by difficulty"), so that you could find caches easier (for example "find last found D5"). Now, this is not possible (anymore) and I always get a list sorted by some algorithm (seemingly random, not even by date or placement). The more caches you found the more useless this sorting becomes (at least for difficulty and terrain). Please consider this feature. Thanks.
  17. Earlier, there was the option to filter for caches with "personal caches notes". It has disappeared a while ago apparently. I would ask to bring it back for two reasons: * Sometimes you forget to update cache coordinates. You can find _found caches_ _with field notes_ that _do not have corrected coordinates_ and fix it using this. * Sometimes I do not manage to solve a cache before I visit a region. When I get back to that region I want to prepare and check back on those dormant listings which can be easily identified as _with field notes_ and _unfound_. It shouldn't be a big deal to bring back this checkbox. Or has this option been hidden somewhere and I missed it?
Aber da könnte man schon was daraus machen.
  21. Not sure if someone brought this up: But if we'll have to stick to this partial downgrade for longer, can you please make the results copy-and-pastable in Firefox? It would be nice to collect the GC-Codes without having to open the listing or manually typing them. Thanks.
