  1. Some of the challenges I've created are things I have done. Some are things I want to do. All are doable. I would not create an impossible challenge as that would be pointless. But to the subject at hand, I see nothing wrong with completing a challenge you created. I post my photo on most of my challanges as an example, so logging my own would be pointless would'nt it? Or have I just completed my challange while creating it? I think that's probably what you've done! Well done!
  2. I don't think that there's any issues with the locations only on how imaginative you can be at achieving the challenge. Sure that there are lots of creative people in Norwich!!!
  3. Was cacahing in woods at Windsor Great Park (the Queen's backyard) on our way to the Isle of Wight this Summer and came across a magnificent stag which appeared to be very tolerant of us humans. Fantastic sight in a lovely location. Locally to where we live, have come across Chinese Water Deer, Foxes, Kingfishers and, of course, myriads of squirrels.
  4. I have vinyl albums for all of them and have seen three of them live (Stones, Pink Floyd, Yes). I did actually attend the Stones, Bowie and Pink Floyd concerts at the venues in question and I have seen Yes elsewhere. Think it will be a dragging out the vinyl moment for some of them. Have a good idea up my sleeve for the Stones one though....watch this space!
  5. Created 6 challenges all relating to musicians of the 60s/70s playing at venues in my home city of Norwich (Norfolk, UK). To complete the challenges you have to be photographed outside the relevant venue with something relevant to the artist in question (see example below) http://www.geocaching.com/challenges/CX21AF_Musicians_in_Norwich_Series_1 Although I can easily do the ones relating to The Rolling Stones, The Beatles and Pink Floyd, the Hendrix, Bowie and Yes ones may prove a bit more difficult!!!!!
  6. Here in Norfolk (UK) one of my favourite COs is Captain Birds Eye http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?guid=7eb29b43-d9ee-43be-8556-dafd362a03d2&wid=8df616f2-4e4e-4252-90d9-2367180c1257&ds=2 Very creative hides in scenic areas.
  7. Thanks guys - might have a bit of difficulty completing at least one of my own challenges but I have some creative ideas for a couple of them!!
  8. Just set up a series of 6 challenges in my local area but notice that there is nothing to stop me accepting my own challenges??? Should I accept them and clock up my challenge total or is that totally against the spirit of the idea? Discuss.
