Bring a stick to poke around with (snake alert ). There´s never a stick in sight when you need one. Read earlier logs before you go for it. Don´t Say -I´ll be back in an hour. It always takes longer time then you think. Expect to find the cache easy, even if it´s a one star cache. Cry out loud and quit cacheing if you not find it. Post a not find, the cache may be gone (for real ) Hade and enjoy

First I was only in the GPS mode, just interested to know where I actually had my feets on earth. But before I got the chance to buy one, my eyes was opened for geocaching. So for me, at the time for buying, I already had my cache plan ready. Some of my finds I´ve done whitout GPS . Why make it easy, when you can do it hard Hade

I think a army swiss knife (a small one) should be looked at as a multitool and not a knife. The blade is often worthless as a "knifeblade". It´s most suitable to cut treads and smaller stuff like that. And I don´t think there´s so many kids cacheing at their own. I always carry a Leatherman Wawe despite a knifeprohibition in Sweden, since I see it as a multitool. However I would never place a "real" knife with a big blade in a cache, I would keep it my selfe . Hade

It works well for me in XP, but I have to do same "Yes, open in my computor" questions first. Three times i think, then Easy GPS will open up. Hade

Yes, the owner is also contacted. We´ll see how this will work out. After all, this is not the biggest problem in the world, like bad batteries for example .

Howdy, I wonder if it´s possible to remove unavailable caches from "nearest caches from home list" or make them unvisible in some way. I found them quite irritaiting. Hade Tomax

Can this one be a challenge http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?ID=7059 ? Just to get up in northen Sweden among raindeers, wolverines and maybe some bears too would be a struggle enough. I have not been there myself, but I intend to go there some time. Hade Tomax
