  1. I started the « Dark » series a few weeks ago and I am hooked. Last night I watched season 2 episode 1 and also noticed the sign in Mikkel’s room. Very cool to have a geocaching cameo! BTW, I am starting to ponder how to make a Wherigo that would represent the time travel aspect of the series. It could be a cool adventure!
  2. With the latest fixes, I was able to upload and download! It looks like it is resolved. Thank you HQ engineers!

  5. I have tried to upload all of my cartridges which are compiled with urwigo. I get the same error message. When I try to download my existing cartridges, I also get an error: This is the error I get: Error During Upload System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> You are attempting to upload an invalid GWZ file. at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters) at Wherigo.GSPCartridgeService.CartridgeService.GetCompiledCartridgeWithMetaData(GWZMetaData gwzMetaData, String CartridgeFileName, String CartridgeId, Int64 PlayerId, String PlayerName, DeviceType deviceType, String CompletionCode) at cartridge_download.btnDownload_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) Here is an example of cartridge that I cannot download anymore: http://www.Wherigo.com/cartridge/details.aspx?CGUID=b471bda5-314c-460f-a869-be2d1dcda541 Thanks for the help. 7. Thanks for the reply. What's the best way to keep up with the progress?
  8. As posted in the other thread, I am experiencing the same issue. I have worked on a series that I would like to see published by May, 1st. Any updates on when it will be available again?

  10. Hi, I was testing a new Wherigo cartridge with my son and daughter. I have an iPhone 6 iOS 11.2.6, my son has an iPhone 5S and my daughter a new iPhone 8 with iOS 11.2.6. We all have the latest version of Wherigo and used the same cartridge. I noticed that the location services don't work as well on the iPhone 8. The arrow/compass at the bottom of a zone does not seem to point in the right direction most of the time compared to the other two iPhones. And the location services don't seem to update very often. At one point I had a narrow zone, I could not get the iPhone 8 to refresh with enough precision to get it. We rebooted the phone. Killed all other apps. Retried, same results There is clearly a different behavior between the iPhone 8 and the others. May be it needs to have a Compass Calibration to work properly? Many of the other GPS applications request a compass calibration.
  11. FYI, version 316 of the Wherigo player just came out. It fixed the previous issue for me. I was able to run through my cartridge without an issue. "Nothing available" is gone.
  12. I received a confirmation that a fix is on the way from the developer: Thanks Shawn! Arnaud.

  14. I just went to test my theory that that version 315 was stripping a space in the action names. I renamed my action "Talk to" on the first character to "Talk". I just went to play it and i still get "Talk nothing Available". So there is a more fundamental issue. I am not using proximity. I was in the middle of a large zone. My iphone was very stable. Not sure what the issue is but it really needs to be fixed. I also just received an answer from Groundspeak saying that they are working on the issue: Hello Arnaud, The developer of the app has been notified of this issue and is working on a fix. Please let us know if the problem is not resolved in a timely manner. Best Regards, Jon ("Moun10Bike") Community Relations Liaison to Engineering Groundspeak - The Language of Location Hopefully there will be a fix soon.
  15. I think this is a problem with the version 315 of the Wherigo app for the iPhone. Two sets of players have reported the same issue to me. I went to verify today with my iPhone and I had the same problem. It seems that the player strips a space in the action name. The action on one of my character is "Talk to" but the iPhone complains "Talkto Nothing Available". I had played this cartridge several times before without any problem. It has not change since November. The only thing that has changed is the version of the Wherigo app. I have sent an email to Wherigo.com to alert them but I am not sure what is the best way to get a fix.
