As a retired veteran I visited and joined several VET sites and stopped going back due to "over flaming". As with this site I was a lurker. Why.....???? It is plain to see. Some just want to learn and not take part in "flames" or other subjects that have nothing to do with our sport...does no good. BTW lurking is good for business as we are the "silent majority" who speak only good things of GEOCACHING. It's a lot of fun....

Thank you all for the great feedback. The VA thing sounds like a good thing to look into in my area. I am retired Army and 80% disabled.....I think there are many in the VA system who would like to get together with thoes they have a lot in common with. Great....I will keep you posted as to how this works out. The VA is opening a clinic up the road soon and I will visit and see if I can get something going.

Greetings...I was wondering if there are caches that are placed for disabled folks like me. I like getting out but cannot go far off the trails. Are there caches that are a little easier for us? If not may I suggest that when placing a cache please consider us just a little. That would be great. I love it......
