  1. So we can create new earthcaches on geocaching.com again? No, the poster was just saying he doesn't think there are strong enough reasons to validate them returning. By the way, does anyone know if it was up to the GSA to move them to Waymarking and not geocaching.com?
  2. I'd love to see a NY historic markers category.. there's plenty of them around here in Buffalo.
  3. Right. I meant like Traditional,Multi,Earthcaches, etc.. But I guess this is a good time to complain about a micro I found behind a Hallmark store in a dirty alley last week!
  4. Is there a cache type that any of you just don't care for? For me it would be multi's. Not too fond of them myself, maybe it's just because I'm unlucky with them.
  5. Best Personal: Moun10bike v3. Best State: New York Best Event: Frozen Bone Biggest Stretch to geocaching: Civil war Series Best Other: Groundspeak Volunteer Best Trackable: Moun10Bike v3. Most Valuable: Moun10Bike v3 Best Shape: Screw Geocoin Best Charity: Katrina coin Best Country: Finland Best Icon: Pennsylvania NW
  6. Was wondering about these coins as well.
  7. How close are the coins to shipping now? Haven't heard anything.
  8. I have an extra Arkansas coin coming.. looking for an Absolute Caching Coin.
  9. I'm nuts for the screw coin so I'll also have to have a nut.
  10. I just can't believe that after all the categories that have been proposed in the recent months "Grafitti" is the one chosen.
  11. Ouch! Looks like that thing took more than a few shots.
  12. When I have to do a lot of HTML in a cache page I submit the cache with just the plain text and then un-check the box that says the cache is active, so it is not in the approval queue. Then I work on the HTML until satisfied and check the box to put in the the queue.
  13. Wow! 17 Earthcaches owned. That's quite impressive. I have one Earth-cache (only listed on Waymarking), and since 10/21/05 (its time of listing) it has been visited once, compared to geocaching.com it would probably have had dozens of visits by now.
  14. Just noticed this. It looks like the icon is also shared with the HC and Oklahoma geocoins.
  15. It's too bad such a great webcam cache will be gone forever.
