I DON'T CARE IF THERE IS A CONTEST OR NOT. I JUST LIKE FINDING TB'S.... BESIDES I DIDN'T WIN ANYTHING FROM THE LAST ONE. IF FACT I HAD PIC. READY TO POST AND THE WEB SITE KEPT MESSING UP SO I MISSED THE DEADLINE.

Super Size Me! Is that jumbo-sized Jeep a preview of what this year's WJTB's will look like? Interesting, only the small WJTB one has the snorkel. THE BIG ONES DON'T NEED IT.... THEY HAVE THE GROUND CLEARANCE.

I AGREE. THIS MAY BE LATER THAN I THINK....... BUT, THE THING THAT GETS ME IS WHEN A GROUP GOES OUT CACHING TOGATHER AND ONE PERSON 'DROPS' A TB IN THE CACHE AND IT IS PICKED UP BY SOMONE ELSE IN THE GROUP AND NOT LOGGED.... OR IS LOGGED, WHY NOT JUST "GRAB-IT" FROM THE OTHER PERSON INSTEAD OF IT SHOWING THAT IT IS IN THE CACHE. I ALSO DON'T LIKE THE IDEA OF HAVING "VIRTUAL" ITEMS (COINS, TB'S) SHOWING IN CACHES. I HAVE LOOKED UP A COUPLE THAT LIST TB'S AND COINS ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT ITS A MICRO AND REALLY DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING IN IT!!

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR TB GETS LOST? HOW DO YOU ACTIVATE THE COPY SO YOU CAN KEEP IT GOING? OR DO YOU? ONE OF MY TB's WAS IN A CACHE THAT GOT STOLEN. I HAVE A COPY OF THE TB AND THE 'COPY' TAG, DO I JUST SEND IT OUT LIKE THAT??

you people are strange. no don't take that the wrong way!! Its not a bad thing.

I have put out 3 caches and forgot to put pencil sharpeners in them. I have noticed that some people take the sharpeners out of caches. I looked around and couldn't find any cheap ones. I have found a place where I can get a gross of them for about a quarter each. If anyone is interested in purchasing a few from me please let me know. I am not looking to make money on this deal but I will have to charge shipping for what they charge me. Thanks for reading and posting. Please don't post negative reply's. I am just making an offer of assistance.

I have been reading the post from - WHY EVEN HAVE A JEEP CONTEST, PEOPLE KEEP THEM ANYWAY........ I HAVE A POST! none of the ones I read said anything about the people that were supposed to DISTRIBUTE the White Jeep TB's adding them to thier cache page!! If I were given a TB to drop off for its start should I be allowed to log it as a find?? NO!!! I am sopposed to drop it into a cache so somone can find it and start its journey. If its mine it shows on my page that I own it, if not then it shouldn't be listed till I find it in a box. Why then should the people that are given a bunch of White Jeep TB's log them?? that doesn't seem like the fair thing to me. Why should I try to find a TB when I can just buy them??

Sorry I was a little slow with that one. I should have known that you were. I just think its getting a little hard to find one when people are keeping them for weeks hoping that the next month they will have a better chance at getting the rite pic. I have located one within 50 miles but I doubt it will be there when I get there. I have thought of having a fall event??? maby I will could get one then???

Thats a nice idea, they will show up at next event. only problem is that the next events listed aren't anything I and I'm sure many of us, can't go to. One you have to have a KYACK for because its on the water, the other one isn't close enough to drive to. lots of good that does people in my area. DON'T WAIT FOR EVENTS TO DROP JEEP TB'S PUT THEM IN THE CACHES SO EVERYONE HAS A CHANCE AT THEM!!!!!

I know there are alot of the WHITE JEEP TB's out there. many have been dropped at the events in the last couple months. Why haven't they surfaced yet? I didn't know that once you found one you could keep it, I have had one and dropped it about a week after I got it.
