Do you have firmware 2.8 with Topo9? Are you using the Send to GPS function? With the unit on and plugged into your PC you should be able to hit Send to GPS and it should send them right over. As a Premium Member you can run pocket queries (PQ's) and load them directly also. Keep in mind with PQ's that additional waypoints, like parking waypoints, add to your waypoint count and you can only load 1000 at a time. I usually run 850-900 caches in my PQ's to make sure I don't go over 1000 with parking waypoints that are included. I have found the easiest way to load PQ's is to download the free Cache Register. Run your PQ, when it is ready, start Cache Register and sync it up!

what gps?

No thank you. My gps can only display 1000 waypoints/geocaches at a time. If every cache has parking cords I can only load 500 caches at a time.

You could try emailing the local reviewer to see if there is an unpublished cache there.

It's a great reason to play with hitech gps and mapping.

Yes, I believe upgrading the firmware will delete all waypoints. It did on mine when I went from 2.7 to 2.8.

Yup, me too. as for PA law. the law says an unmarked car, plainclothes officer can make stops as long as they have Id on them. and without id they can still do it for public safety reasons. it also says you can't be charged for failing to stop for them. but I am sure a uniformed officer in a marked car will show up to effect the stop. better stop for that one.
