I'm buying the new external XGPS150 Universal Bluetooth GPS Receiver for my Girl tonight. Thought it might be a nice addition to her Valentines Day gift. She already owns a Oregon 550t and I must say it does a good job or should I say a great job as a paperless device. I recently bought her an IPad2 WiFi only. She just loves the way it works, most importantly the large screen format, we have been using it with the Geocaching APP when we travel to see the descriptions or hints if we're stuck, then use the Oregon 550t to find the exact location. I thought I would come back and post an update after we test drive it. I chose the XGPS150 because she's not very savvy on the Jail Brak'n and I've tried the RoqyBt with the iTouch 2nd Gen the app was decent but can be aggravating to re-sync a GPS device. I wanted a device to work as simply and reliably as her IPad 2. Currently Own and use the following devices XGPS150 this Feb 11 Itouch 3rd gen IPad 2 Oregon 550t Nuvi260w

Walking it would not update unless you ran or restarted the application.... kinda defeats the purpose of have it.... 1st i'm calling Magellan tomorrow... 2nd if not happy then i'm returning it.. Today with the Geocaching app 4.2.1 I was also tracking the battery usage, fully charged after two hours of usage 2 of the 4 bars were used .... so I would extrapolate it will only allow usage for 4 hours or less.....

I have the same problem and i posted "iTouch Your Logs could not be sent from Geocaching app " Even thought i tried to the the search engine........ your post never showed up.... I have rebooted the iTouch I have reloaded the app I have tried from different WiFi AP's "Please try again Later" I can create new PQ and download them so i'm connected but i can't seem to send the pending found caches.. No one has answered my post so.... We're stuck...

I have 15 found or pending caches, these were downloaded from the site as a Pocket Query PQ while at home with a wiFi connection. I have tried several times to upload or send these, i continue to get an error message : "Your logs cound not be sent at this time. Please try later" Can anyone give me some guidance. I spent quite a bit of time searching this forum and found no clues.
