Being that I'm only 21 years of age, I can say that I have many years left GC. I got hooked from a friend of mine and have been interested ever since. If there is anybody who wants to join myself and my buddy, we're thinking about doing a road trip for some 5/5 caches in NC. Holler at me and we'll talk!

I've been meaning to upgrade anyways... count me in!! (That means I'm in for the drawing right?)

I have been reading a lot of the different posts about different 5/5 caches. I have heard of some that require climbing gear (Tube Torcher, Highwater) but was wondering if anybody knows of some that require the scuba gear. Being an avid diver, I wanted to integrate both scuba and GC together. Please post any tough caches that you might know of, but the "water" caches in-particular! Thanks for your time!! - ROSCOE615

In the past 2 days I have found 2 caches. I have logged onto my account and recorded my finds as well as a little journal note. When I search the area codes that I cached... that "last found" dates have not changed. WHen you click the link to the actual cache, my journal note is there (one along with a picture, web-cam cache). Why hasn't the most recent date refreshed itself to say, "found today?" Thanks for the advice! I was talking about a car mount and mygirl friends dad gave me his. Hopefully it'll work, but if not... I'll resort to some of the ideas that ya'll gave me. Thanks again for the responses!

The title pretty much explains this post. I just got a new Garmin Legend and was curious if anybody out there uses a car mount. I have seen what's on the garmin website but thought that there might be other options on the market. What car mount do you use? Thanks for the response ahead of time! -Roscoe615

Roscoe... well... me being in college requires me to play video games. My buddy had a "name" he played under and it was his stret name. Well at the time i lived on Robin Hood Dr. and thought..."I don't want my name to be Robin Hood!" So i used the next street over as my video game-name... ROSCOE. As for the 615... well plain Roscoe was taken so I used my b-day.

I just got a Garmin Legend and was wondering if I needed any type of waypoint manager software. I know that there are some free programs out there... just curious if anyone has any suggestions. I haven't downloaded anything to/from my unit yet because i wanted to know if I should use specific software. Thanks for your time and suggestions!
