I always have my spyderco rescue with me but im not sure if it would do much against a "real threat" MAX

I think that for geocaching to continue to flourish in this area people need to make some really good members only caches near there home and a few really good non-members caches. If a few people would step up and do this i think more people would be encouraged to become members also the more good caches in one area also encourages more good caches being put near you to find the result a lot of good caches near you to go find I know i will soon put up some new really cool ones for everyone to check out MAX

I noticed that the last post asking about how many colorado cachers plan to join the pay-to-pay community became a huge debate so.....i decided to make a post where you could see the actual results MAX

Im dissipointed in hearing about all this griping about "pay to Play" stuff. But heres my $.02 (realizing the hypocracy) Im sorta glad its happining though i think it may "weed" (social Darwinism) some of the people that dont really care about caching. I am willing to pay for things i love and geocaching should be no different. It is a service just like everyother service in the world it takes money to run. I think if you can pay for the gas to drive to the caches and pay for the GPSR to find the caches and pay for the batts to power the GPSR why should't you pay for the Brain of the caching system (relitivly small cost to everything else) If you dont want to pay Fine Have fun caching and dont give up the sport you love. but i think everyone is tired of hearing it (again realizing the hypocracy) Its not like were not invinting you to join us in the new stages of this sport MAX
