I've had the same problem. I've been steeling myself to return it to Garmin, but I haven't been able to get through to them on the phone today ("more than a 30 minute wait!") If they say it'll cost $125, I think I'll forget about it. Then I can concentrate on the black lines that appear and disappear across my screen!

I've been using my Vista in -15C for the last week or so, and other than a slower reaction/response time, it's worked well and as normal...
