It sounds like you are trying to load caches onto the 60csx while in the usb mass storage mode. If that is the case, that is why the caches are not showing up on the unit. You are actually loading them to the micro SD card and the 60 will not recognize these unless they are loaded as custom POI's.
Hook the 60 up to your computer and enter the usb mass storage mode. Go to "MY COMPUTER" and double click the drive for your unit. When the drive opens double click the "GARMIN" folder then double click the "GPX" folder and delete all the caches in that folder. These are cashes that you loaded to the micro sd card. Once you deleted the caches from the "GPX" folder, bump the power button one time to exit the mass storage mode. Now load the caches as you did before from geocaching.com while NOT in the usb mass mode.
