  1. For Christmas I received a 60CS to replace my yellow Etrex. I have ordered City Select and it's on the way. I am thinking of orderng the topo suite as well but have read mixed reviews. I have looked at the Nat Geo and DeLorme software and am keeping those in mind also. If I go with the desktop software then I am back to paper caching with printed out maps (although it's good to have a backup in case the GPSr gets hosed) My question is to those that have used Mapsource Topo or any of the desktop software. Is the Garmin Topo software worth it or is it better to have a printed map? Then the next kicker is all the free map sites on the web, i.e. topozone, terraserver, etc........... Thanks in advance, TNFrosty
  2. Garmin GPSMap 60CS Although I have to wait for Christmas morning to open it.
  3. i just started using Cachemate and I'm very impressed. I have run across one thing I can't figure out. When switching databases, is there a way to save the coordinates used when searching for the nearest caches? For example, say I have waypoints stored for a 10 mile radius from my house and I use my home coordinates when searching for the nearest caches. I switch to another database with waypoints for say, a 5 mile radius from work and I want to use my work coordinates for nearest caches. When I do a search for nearest caches from work it has my home coordinates in there and I have to enter the work coordinates. I hope I have explained this clearly and any help would be appreciated. Thanks, TNFrosty
