For someone who likes to keep a detailed track of their statistics (i.e. smileys), is vested in the boy scouts, cares enough to log images in their gallery you sure are trolling hard. Of course if you're not trolling then I hope you never put a cache out... if someone was to log NM you'd probably just ignore it - you come across like you don't particularly care for geocaching at all. Seems like your forum posts are longer than the last few logs you left on caches you found. cyberstalk someone else will ya? when i put a cache out and get an NM on it, i'll come on here and whine...like so many others tend to do

i'm not fond of the ALR ban... as there are some really fun little caches out there. making the ALR "optional" definitely takes the luster off the cache. if you don't want to do the ALR... don't do the cache, that was the real solution... not "ban ALRs". sheesh. there's a certain cacher who must have been chomping at the bit waiting for that ban... because he's run amok on the ones with ALR and is glad to copy and paste the guidelines explaining that because he was able to sign the paper... he gets the smiley. when does Grumpiest Old Men (aka grumpy old men III) come to theaters? i can't wait to see the newest movie with caching in it.

i really don't like those urban caches which are waaaaay too open for eyes. might as well pin a cache on the back of a police officer...

i don't like the idea. in fact, i just made 8 sockets and submitted requests to make all icons the same.... because it wasn't fair that there were all these different icons out there.

posting on the forums is the new geocaching. it's all about the numbers (of posts). i just got back from caching.

i only cache in a bucket truck.... that carries my scuba gear... and grappling hooks.... and extend-an-arm grabber... so this cache would only be a 2.

they'll all be wearing camo.

so really... this all boils down to a fight over a smiley... interesting.... both sides really.

i'm sorry to spoil it for you... it is under the door greeter's comfort mat. the co-ordinates are a little off. g'luck tho... no sign the log, no get a smiley.

....when you do 3 or 4 stage multi-caches without a gps. or... when you choose to turn the "n" into a "b"

i use the eTrex legend H... unfortunately, i am lacking the technical skill to even figure out how to get a full pocket query into the gps all at once... so i download one at a time - which is fine, gives me the opportunity to study each page and figure out my actual paths (if i am going to do more than one).

+1 +2 The only thing I have seen worse than this was someone near here was doing them in sparkly glitter. Arrgh. glitter is reserved for their "favs" or the BFF's caches.

sorry, no pics to post for me... two experiences (well three, but we won't discuss the copperhead skinning).. cache a few weeks ago in a wooded greenbelt with a rock river nearby - perfect for snakes. crossed the rock river to the cache. three boulders, looking down at the gps to make sure which boulder was the target.... i step on a snake that was a decent size and unknown brand (know it wasn't a rattler or a coral - it was brown-ish). it scooted along really fast in one direction....me in the other. the problem was, it headed toward the cache. it went toward and continued away (but i didn't actually see it go further past). i was a little hesitant to stick my hand in the hole to get that cache. other encounter was on the exit ramp of the highway near my house. a constrictor.... stretched from one side of the road to the other - it was moving across. i had no option.

are you sure it isn't tecmo?
