  1. I am one of those 5 wonderful kids.... the coin is great... guess us kids know what we are getting for Christmas.... since they have the adoptions in progress they can't afford presents this year! Great coin mom & dad-- YemonYime did a great job. You going to adopt him too???
  2. Yepper Pepper, Cybret, you have seen me around before. Is that good or bad??? We should be headed your way soon to hit some caches! Watch out!!!!
  3. I like my imaginary friends.... They don't talk back!!!! This one lets me cache where ever I want and doesn't say a thing! Although I do have to convince him to let me take " the child" with me when I go. Guess I need to adopt my own...
  4. It's nice to be recognized! Now, who has met my teammate! LOL Those that know me will understand that.... Army of One!!!
  5. My new high is 25 in one day, starting at 7:30am, taking time for breakfast, and lunch, ending at 4:30pm. Just reached this high this past saturday in the Matteson IL area.
  6. The "Team" is from Mt. Zion/ Decatur.... I know that is Central IL!!!! I recognize several names in this forum! Let's see how many recognize me LOL
  7. I would be most likely be able to make it Sat, although not sure about my team mate.... I also would not come if the weather got bad... But other than that I look forward to meeting fellow cachers!!!!
  8. I see what you mean about the MiGO promotion buttons.... That would be cool to have for our group. Maybe it is something we can discuss when we all get together!!! By the way, we got a mention on the SLAGA message boards They saw that the iCASH page had link to them, and it was mentioned that they add a link to our page.... Pretty cool huh!!!! As for a get together.... what is good for those of you that want to meet for coffee, mt. dew or other choice beverage?
  9. What about including conservation web sites. Macon County has a nice one with contact info and maps and even history on all the conservation areas in Macon county... www.maconcountyconservation.org Just a thought!!!!! The web site looks GREAT!!!!! You have worked hard on it, I know I could not have done it!
  10. Looks good to me.... Off to a great start. I like the story of Fred and Barney... Great way to explain geocaching!
  11. I think it would be a great idea. We do need our own group. And I think that ICASH would be good.... I can't think of anything better. The so called "local" groups are 2 to 3 hours away. Tell me what I need to do to help, and I'm there!!!!!
  12. Where are you located? That would be a great way for some of us cachers to meet one another! Keep me posted!!!
  13. OK.... looks like we need to get a picnic/gathering planned in the near future. I guess we need to figure out a good place to have one that will be a central location to as many as possible. Depending where, we could also place a group cache that day also. I'm thinking that maybe late April or May... should be nice enough weather by then. It may take that long to organize it also. What does everyone else think??????
  14. By the way.... for those of you that are interested my team mate and I have permission to place caches in the 5 conservation areas in Macon County. So as soon as our schedules allow us to have a day off together we will be placing them. They are ready to go, just need to be placed!!! Hopefully this will happen by the end of Feb.
  15. I'm glad to hear there are some live bodies in the area. I was beginning to wonder. My team mate and I are new to geocaching and we have yet to run into anyone on one of our hunts.
  16. Anyone out there from the area.... Just thought maybe we could get together and do some group caching!!! And even place some caches together!!
  17. All I know is that my team mate and I have been granted permission to place caches in the five Macon County Conservation areas here in Macon County. All they ask is that we give them exact coordinates and a general location once place so their grounds workers know where they are!
