At least, this workaround, to upload older images via the "Edit Log" dialog was working now for me. I just tried it again for an older log of 21/06/2023 : I removed the images which were recently uploaded with the wrong date and then uploades them again. And now these images show the corrct date of the find! After all, this is a progress and at least a workaround! But I still would be very happy if the manual date setting in the "edit image" dialog could be restored.

Thanks @ ari54321 for taking care, but I am sorry to confirm, that the workaround via the edit log page does also NOT work for me, I get the same result as 99celing and The A-Team already reported, it still uses the current date rather than the log date. But I'm am also glad to hear this is a bug and not a deliberate change. So I will wait for a solution - I still have to log some 40 Earthcaches from last holidays with some fotos from beautiful locations...

Hi, I am an active and premium paying geocacher since 2010... sometimes I do much more caches than I am able to log, at least well detailed logs or concerning fotos... so I upload one foto when I am on site (most likely a selfie as a proof of visit) and later - sometimes weeks or month later - due to work or health issues, and as I finished to sort all my travel-fotos and then I edit my log for are more detailed log or upload some more fotos. Until today it was no problem at all: as for instance there is my found-log from this year june 21. and I select some fotos to upload today in november, all these newly uploaded fotos were finely sorted in, into my gallery with the corresponding date, which is e.g. the 23.06.21. - such my gallery keeps consistent, concerning the dates of chronology of my fotos. But now, with the recent change, these newly uploaded fotos are inserted in the gallery with the TODAY date! And I do not see any way to edit this "image detail" - namely the DATE ... Now you can maybe switch fotos horizontally or vertically or some editing features while uploading (very nice for the ones, who are not able to do these things themself befor uploading the fotos), but you can NOT set the CORRECT DATE - a feature which was available before the change all the time for many years. And such - just btw. - because it was not necessary to choose, because when I added a foto now, e.g. in novemeber, for an existing log from june, the fotos where finely insertet to the approporiate date - the possibillity to change the date of the image detail is NOT there anymore... I am frustrated... changes, to makes things BETTER are fine, thank you for taking care! But changes, taking away well working features simply suck, sorry to say so!

it is one and the same problem - or reason: advertisement-cookies have to be enabled, otherwise the corresponding pages go blank - as with this topic: Message Centre is empty - Website - Geocaching Forums

Yes, rejoiced too soon, the problem is back and messages work again only if the advertising cookies are allowed...

I just checked again and miraculously, everything works as before now, even without the advertising cookies... Praise be to the one who turned the wheels in the background!

@ Långanfans: of course you are right... on that "Privacy Police" page it is not so easy, to find that link... I forgot about that. Unfortunately this does not seem to be the solution: I just disabled the Advertisement-Cookies and there was the problem again - Message Center goes blank. I tried the suggested hard refresh (Ctrl + F5), but it doesn´t help. Then I enabled the Advertisement-Cookies again and the problem was gone again...

and after allowing all cookies, the message center worked again for me...

@ Långanfans: I had the same problem, I could not access the settings, to allow all cookies... But you can access it via the link of "Privacy Policy" - you find that when you scroll ALL the way down at the main page:

I had the same problem... to solve it, it was NOT necessary to remove all geocaching-cookies and it was NOT necessary to log out or in again. The only thing I had to do, was to go into settings -> cookies and there add the advertisement-cookies on top my previous preferences (I had all other types set before). Kind regards, Eric

I have the same Problem, I either get blank screens when trying to see my lists or error Messages like "We had Trouble loading your Lists" and even "The Lists you are trying to Access is private (when I try to see my List "Ignored geocaches". See attached screenshots. The only List which is working, is the Watchlist, accessed directly from the Dashboard. Please help and thanks alot!

It always worked fine for me, with Firefox and InternetExplorer, until tonight, when I received the same error... But hitting F5 (reloading) fixed the Problem for me also!

At this point I feel the need to take up the cudgels for Roger. I know him since 2009, even before I found my first cache, as honorable and reliable trading partner. Within this time I had about 10 orders from his shop, most of them presales and also some deals from eBay. ALL of them went very smooth and without any problems... I remember one time, in the very beginning, when I was just a "no-name" as customer to him, when he made a little mistake, that caused a delay in one shipping. The result was, that he added a VERY rare and valuable coin as a free extra to me... I think Roger is NOT the type of guy how would make a sudden getaway and ripping off all his long standing customers and GC-friends. I have myself an order of the mystery-TOL from the presale last summer and also an order of the recent Tengwar sale open at him, both still in the status "processing"... BUT the only reasons I can think of, that these are not shipped yet, is that something bad has happened to Roger. I can imagine an accident or serious disease, just for example, there may also be other reasons, to prevent someone from being online and response here in this forum... At the same time I really do hope that I´m wrong, cause I would prefer the loss of my money to the reality that the kind guy, as I have got to know Roger, has really experienced something like this. As long as Roger didn´t fall from a mountain in an deserted area, or something dramtic like this, I´m SURE that it will all clear up as soon as he has the chance to be here again, so please everybody don´t give up faith and don´t judge him guilty before we know for sure what has happened.

That´s exactly the same for me! A TOL was my first geocoin and made me starting to collect. And the SCAVOK coins in general range very high in my favorite coins... Dear Roger, I would feel very sad if there wouldn´t be any new designs from you...

I think it fits nicely to the winter-theme, but - to be honest - my first spontaneous impression was that the woman looks rather androgynous... well, hard to explain... she has something harsh... just give her a sword in the right hand and she would pass for a young knight. Would love to see her more feminine...

I like the Discover Your World II coin very much! Just ordered some for me and my girlfriend Mia. This coin really does have a great depth perspective and I personally have been at this very scenic spot in Monument Valley about 25 years ago. But also some of the other pictures from the contest would have made great coins, my 2nd choice would be Zion National Park. I guess the Discover Your World series could become an evergreen...

Title of picture: "Eric and the Ape" - but you must decide yourself WHO is the Ape... There was a Nano-Cache hidden in the sculpture (better don´t ask where) and taking a photo of making a fool of oneself was requested for logging.
