When someone use a signature/ template they aren't necessary lazy. I rather have a log like tftc with there name/ or slogan on my cache, than a unrelated long story about other caches that they find that day. To avoid long signatures then they must set a max of charaters you can use.

I use a basic signature in my logs, usually i use GSAK with the builtin template option to log my caches. The last few weeks i used the geocaching app(android) quite often but i mis the ability to make a standard log template/ signature that i can save. The same for the website. Can this be added to the app and website? Gr. Ewoud

Wow, never thought that this topic get so much reactions and views. Didn't looked at the forum for a while because of the recent birth of my baby daughter. I hope that Groundspeak listen to the voice of there member and bring a bit more color to the icons and that the colors are suitable for color blind people. Thanks all for the positive input!

Agree with point 1 and 3. It's the recognizability of the grey icons.

Did geocaching.com have an appereance update? Most of the icons on the site are now grey.

Hi guys, I found a bug in the advanced search on geocaching.com.(http://www.geocaching.com/seek/nearest.aspx) When you search for a specific cache type, in my example Search for: all event caches and by: Country and Country: Netherlands and you hit search you see event caches. When you go to page 2 you see that the cache types are mixed up. Example: http://ewoudbeets.nl/eventcaches.png Edit: Sorry wrong section, can moderator move it please :-)

I don't experience any problems with the PQ. Copy work great and it downloads als the caches.

Beste mede-cachers, Ik ben opzoek naar cachers die mee willen helpen om Yin(http://coord.info/GC29DE8)te loggen, deze cache ligt op ong. 2 a 3 meter diepte in een meer in Alphen aan de Rijn. Zeker zijn nodig mensen die kunnnen duiken en beschikking hebben over duik materiaal. Naast duikers zijn een paar bootjes ook wel handig voor positie bepaling. Datum ga ik bij genoeg aanmeldingen plannen via afspraken planner. Graag doormiddel van een bericht laten weten of je mee kan en wat je kan betekenen. Hoi, Er bestaat geen officele id kaart van geocaching. Zelf kom ik regelmatig in contact met burgers(en ook wel is met de politie) met de vraag wat ik aan het doen ben. Een snelle uitleg dat het een spel is en dat er toestemming voor is heeft tot nu toe bij mij altijd gewerkt en vaak wordt er erg positief op gereageeerd. Groet, Ewoud

I'm personly realy don't like the new OSM. I understand that it is a cost issue but why do you affect the premium members? Make the OSM default for the non premium members and make the google maps available to the paying premium members.
