  1. Your real name is not required. Although we prefer to use writers' real names and screen names, we occassionally use one or the other. This is also true for letters to the editor. Occassionally, we will publish something with no byline, but we believe credibility is compromised if authors are not identified.
  2. Thanks for all the suggestions. A lot of what has been suggested has either already been done or is in the works. It seems that we are on the same page with the community. Keep the suggestions coming!
  3. Who would you like most to see interviewed in Today's Cacher and why? What would you like to ask?
  4. I have been told the problem is corrected. Again, sorry for the hassle.
  5. Closing this topic until we get the links fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  6. Please ignore me. Edited: To ask you to please ignore me.
  7. Today's Cacher is live with it's Janurary issue featuring outrageous travel bugs, the top 10 worst geocaching predictions for 2005 and moving caches. Enjoy!
  8. Thanks so much for all of your replies. You have given a lot to think about.
  9. You might want to check out some of the previous issues. We depend on cachers to submit articles for the magazine, unfortunately we don't always receive articles for all topics every month. As far as seeing more information rather than stories or editorials...the magazine is mainly for entertainment, however we do articles that offer information from time to time. Of course all the articles by Doc Dean and Clearpath in the Health section is always informative. I noticed that one of Doc Dean's articles on mosquitos was picked ub by USDA and was linked to the magazine.
  10. Today's Cacher has set the wheels in motion to go hard copy. Your thoughts?
  11. Hi. Our screen name is a group effort (of geocachers) from about one year ago. Today's Cacher is an online magazine: the magazine for geocachers everywhere. Our goal is to present entertainment and information to geocachers. December marks our 10th month of publication. We hope you enjoy many future issues.
  12. Just a friendly reminder ... the latest edition of Today's Cacher magazine is hot off the press. This months magazine features: A Cacher's Letter To Santa Earthcaching Caching Through The Snow Your Horoscope (from the mind of Criminal) New Hampshire - Done Information on Hypothermia and much more ... As always, we appreciate your support and feedback regarding the publication. If you have an idea or story, please contact one of the editors on the website and let us know. Thank you and Happy Holidays.
  13. There will be an informative article about earthcaches, written by the only current earthcache approver (not the GC.com approver; earthcaches must be pre-approved by the Geological Society of America before Groundspeak volunteers even see them) in the Dec. issue of Today's Cacher. Watch for it Dec. 1 on a monitor near you!
  14. Got any links? Or way points? Here ya go; a story about an entire house that is a cache.
  15. That is a cool story. It belongs in "Today's Cacher". That would be a cool story!! We'll see what we can put together.
  16. The November issue of Today's Cacher is live. A few of our features this month are: The results of "The Cacher Most Likely to..." poll Caching in Iraq Get paid to go caching!
