Hi everyone.
I am part way through my mountain leader training and am looking to gain some more
experience of leading groups in the hills (snowdonia/lakes). As i am only training i am not
qualified to lead children and cannot take responsibility for anyone coming along.
My thoughts are to offer a free guided walk to get some geocaches in britains upland area's
including snowdonia and the lake district such as the Helvellyn range, snowdon area and others ie: kentmere/the arans................
I live very close to wigan and am able to pick up 3 other people and take them to either of
the above locations free of charge to do some mountain caches.
I work shifts so weekends and weekdays are always a possibility.
Just as a note. I have been mountain walking for sometime now and i am only looking to
gain group leadership experience from this and maybe a few other geocaches enroute.
I am only looking for a helping hand in gaining experience of leading groups in mountain
areas and the geocaching is secondary to safety/weather conditions.
If interested either reply through the forum or use the Groundspeak messaging system
Thanks john.
