Webcam caches are awesome and should be brought back. Am I the only one who thinks so?

So I still don't understand how to place a webcam cache... I have over 200 and I make unique cache containers but I have always wanted to open up my webcams but I cant see how

Ok so, as I posted on the description. How can we get people to be able to get Souvenirs for Korea? I have Arizona, and I have Georgia, but how is it possible that Korea doesnt have one? Is this for other countries also? If somone needs to make it, pssh Ill make it, no peoblem! I think that Korea is missing out.
