  1. Wow, that's amazing, A-Team! Thanks very much. I now have your page bookmarked.
  2. The updates were made after I posted my question - the three that I knew to be missing are now there! Thanks very much.
  3. Is the List of Available Souvenirs Support Page no longer being maintained? I have several recent souvenirs that aren't listed.
  4. Although I never met Steve, I did exchange e-mail messages with him and watched every video he posted. What a sad thing. I will miss him. I didn't agree with everything he did, but he certainly did contribute to the geocaching community worldwide! My condolences to his family and friends. And rest in peace, Steve. Ken
  5. Although this one may seem to be small potatoes in view of other discussions here, it is huge for me! Thanks for addressing this issue. Ken
  6. I am too using iOS 4.1 and an iPod touch with the Groundspeak app and I am having the same problem. I downloaded 3 pq's this morning on the app before the update and it worked fine. Please fix! We are working on this as I type. The same issue is causing the problems with DeLorme Cache Register syncing. Thanks for your patience! PQ download to my iPod Touch now working fine. Thanks very much for the fix! Ken
  7. I'm unable to download a PQ to the Groundspeak app on my iPod Touch - ios 4.1 - it just says download failed, try again later. Ken
  8. Thanks for the forum updates and fixes to the site. Things look much better than they did and the communication has been better too! Now my only complaint is the my/your issue.... Seriously, communication is key and has been much better in the last couple of days. Ken
  9. I think Jim is right here - communication can help and there certainly wasn't any in this case. It would have been nice to have a description of what was coming down the chute and why it was being done as I said above. I guess when you own the biggest show in town you can pretty well do what you want. I still hate the changes, probably more than I did yesterday. The customer may not always be right, but the customer is still the customer. It would be wonderful if Groundspeak would be responsive to their customers. Ken
  10. In my opinion, there is too much unnecessary spacing and too much line wrapping. I can live with the former if I absolutely must, but the latter is driving me nuts. I really dislike the use of yours instead of my/mine. The hint should be immediately below its header - the decryption key should not be between the two. I agree with what others have asked, I would like to know the reason behind these changes. I guess all-in-all, to me the site looks much less professional than it did prior to the roll out. Ken (Edited to add the comment about the hint.)
