    I gave it a quick crack this afternoon, not there just yet... But heaps better than I have got before. Practice makes perfect they say :anibad:

    This looks great! Quick tip: if you're using photoshop to put the coins on a background just make a duplicate copy of the two sides merged together (turn off any effects like glow/dropshadow/etc.) and turn this top layer copy to "soft color" mode at like 15%-25% to remove any hazing and recapture the true lights and darks you see with the naked eye. :)

    I have a removable cling Travel Bug that I put into the back window of whatever car we are using to travel to out of state events & such. I have a list of "InCARnations" that it's been on. laughing.gif

    I have a few trackables that I allow virtual discoverys on.

    That kinda of thing is popular with the Germans. :laughing:

    Yes, I know. dry.gif And I have discovered that they backdate their logs to hide them in past pages of logs too... dry.gifdry.gif

    Deleting armchair logs

    I have a watch on a TB. It was my first TB find so I have an interest in its progress. Unfortunately, its number has found its way onto one of those lists and it gets quite a few 'discovered it' logs from (invariably German) loggers despite it being in Australia. The owner deletes those logs.

     

    My question(s) is:

    • Does a deletion take away from the armchair logger's tally?
    • Is the armchair logger notified?

    The answer to both questions is yes. If the log is deleted, the number is subtracted from the total trackable number for the cacher. They also get a "log deletion notice" email.

    Good. I deleted a bunch of virtual logs from my car TB today. I wish I could personalize the deletion notice. mad.gif

    Dear all,

     

    I am searching for any unactivated "Celtic Circle of Life Geocoin". I am sending those coins out in various US States during my business trips. I owe four, travelling in NY, WV, PA and OH and I will travel to NJ in March, but I do not have any further of those. Anyone out selling those coins? Please send mail via profile "Bandweber".
