  2. They arrived and look great!!!!! I will post some photos tonight!
  3. It is a great idea! We have one on the other side of the sidewalk in front of our house. Our young KE (9 and 4) totally enjoy meeting new cachers who come and find the cache.
  4. The coins will be at our doorstep on 913/05 and we will start to ship them immediately! I can hardly wait to see the finished product!
  5. Over the weekend we hid the first of many PaNoWeGe Kids Caches! The first cache we made it so you can find the cache without the number from the back of the coin but future ones will require it. We found an ammo box and stuffed it to the top with Halloween toys. We decided to make this the Holiday Cache and keep changing the contents to celebrate the seasons. Feel free to bring the kids by as many times as you want and don't feel like you have to leave anything! Watch the listings for it to be posted!
  6. This summer I found a cache with my Dad in the Badlands of North Dakota. It was prime territory for rattlesnakes so we were watching and listening for them like good scouts from the past. After I dug the cache out from under a tall rock I noticed next to it there was a rattlesnake skins sitting next to the box Needless to say we stuffed the cache back in under the rock and took off! I always hated find the skins because that means the snake is in a mean mood if it lost it recently.
  7. I bought the Axim x50v a few weeks ago and bought Pocket Streets 2005. I am trying to export pushpins from GPXSonar but I can't get them to show up on the map on the Axim. If I am reading this correctly, do I have to load the file to the desktop (Microsoft streets and trips?) and then load this map back to the PocketPC? Is anyone else doing this? I do use Beeline which shows the caches via GPS but thought it would be nice to have the capability of zooming in and out in the area with pushpins for caches.

  12. I have our KirklandExplorers, PaNoWeGe (gold and silver) and the soon to ship North Dakota coin available for trade! I would trade one of each coin for one Capt Prozac coin (yes, 4 for 1 trade!).
  13. Sent the first batch out today of those that paid and didn't have any wooden nickels. We will hopefully have the wooden nickels by the end of the week.

  17. Is it the spaceship the large furry animals ride in to the moon ?
  18. We received our coins yesterday and are starting to distribute them to the other fellow cachers (see the TB section). Now, the fun is just beginning! We often take our 9 and 4 yo boys caching with us and find that often times the caches contain items that are usually junk. They enjoy the hiking and finding experiences but to get a cool toy tops the visit. With this thought in mind, we will be placing official PaNoWeGe Kids Caches where to find the cache you will use the 5 digit number on the back fo the coin/wooden nickel to solve the final waypoint. This will be a simple mathematic addition any 9 year old will be able to do. The first cache we are going to place is going to be a holiday themed cache that will change with the seasons. Recently we ordered a boatload of halloween toys and will stuff it to the brim with them. We will encourage multiple visits to the cache and the only requirement is that you DON'T have to leave anything to take something. Thoughts? What makes the perfect cache for you child? We challenge others to make a PaNoWeGe Kids Cache in your area!
  19. I have some extras and you are ok to order!
