I have had the same problem. Almost ordered a new unit but I really liked this one. I DID FIND A WAY TO DOWNLOAD TO IT. You can not use a new web browser. you need to use the old internet explorer the one with the e, NOT THE NEW EDGE. Still only loads one at a time but hey it works. Hope this helps someone out.
