  1. Those are great handcrafted books. Very nice! Keep them coming!
  2. I appreciate creativity in other caches and try to add a creative touch to my own. We've seen lots of creative containers here but not so many creative logbooks. Does anyone have any neat ones they'd like to share? I made this one for this cache- The Johnny Cache Music Stash.
  3. My boy's name is Jackson. Every year I make a "Jackson-o-lantern". This is last year's. Not sure what to do this year.
  4. Have you checked your local library? I know many loan out GPSs for geocaching.
  5. I must have walked right by them a couple times! Darn it. I did pick up a ton of swag so it wasn't a wasted visit. There are tons of cheap, but not quite dollar store cheap, items to use as trade items there. I'll go back. Thanks for the reply!
  6. The Schmidt Lake cache is definitely on GC.com
  7. I was at KW Surplus a few weeks ago looking for ammo cans and didn't see any. Where are they kept? And, before I make a trip down to Kitchener, does anyone know if the Kitchener Princess Auto store actually has them in stock?
  8. Here's an image of the bookmark I made for my first hide. I don't think you need to put anything too extravagant in for a FTF but I liked the idea of a souvenier of the cache. The background is a wood image because the cache is hidden below a wood viewing deck overlooking the river. The person that got the FTF was a visitor from Germany and she seemed happy to have a souvenier to take home with her.
