My racing coin did accomplish B and C. Old Quebec City (Canada) is listed as a World Heritage Site and the coin got photographed with a proof of it and it got moved 5 times in a week also. I guess i'm a little lucky !!!

I have a question about feat # 39 : Historic cache (pre 2002) Does it mean it needs to be placed in a cache published in 2000 or 2001 ? Or does it include 2002 as well ? Thanks
