[Earthcache day souvenir not received]

Just logged an Earthcache in Wisconsin.  No souvenir yet.

[Message Center Issue]

I've been having the same issue for the last couple of weeks.  I get a message in my email, but it doesn't show up in the message center.

I have searched for the answer to my question but haven't found anything.  

 

When I use the geocaching.com app on my phone, pictures included in geocache descriptions do not show up.  I see the image broken link icon where there should be a photo.  Yet, when I view the same description on my computer on the website, I can see the images just fine.

 

I recently got a new phone, so the app should be up to date on my phone.  I had this same problem on my old phone.  

 

Is there a remedy for this?
