  1. Clearing your browser cache will fix the non-loading problem. Clearing the cache did NOT fix the problem, in three browsers I never reset the cache, open/closed, or anything special, it just started working... my best guess is Groundspeak is still in the process of fixing the issue.
  2. LOL... same here, logs suddenly started showing now, hope it will last!
  3. No logs... Windows 7 64-bit, tried with IE9, Firefox 6.0.2, and Google Chrome 14.0.835.163. Also no logs in Windows XP with any brower. Android fails as well. Really... is this stuff ever tested before you implement it, and stop fixing things that aren't broke or "fixing" things just to keep breaking unofficial apps, it's not worth it. THIS IS WHY I DON'T HAVE A PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP ANYMORE!!!
  4. No, it can't... Read the comment under the video. This was done by the author of the video as a "proof of concept" using the wikitude API for Augmented Reality. Here is the note from the author from the Youtube site when asked if this was available: "The short answer is no... it was built as a very quick proof-of-concept "mashup". However, I have sent my code to Stephen Ng (lead developer of GeoBeagle) and he *is* interested in including it in a future release."
  5. You need a special cable or adapter to use a USB device with the Dell Axim X50/51v. I found a better solution for paperless geocaching with a PDA was to: 1) Use a Dell Axim X50v (or a X51v) and upgrade it to LennySh's ROM of Windows Mobile 6.1 2) Get a SiRF Star III CompactFlash GPS receiver such as Holux GR-271, Globalsat BC-337, and there are several others available for under $30 used on eBay 3) Use GCzII Geocaching software 4) Install Google Maps (can be used with GCzII software) 5) Tether via BlueTooth to cell phone or via WiFi if available for Internet access 6) Recommended but not required: extended or mega-capacity battery, around $15-$20 in eBay This does not require the use of ANY external GPS device so you only need one device, and allows for completely paperless geocaching. The software pulls caches located close to your current location, allows complete access to description, cache logs, hints, trackables, waypoints, Google Map images, and compass directions all from the PDA directly, it also allows adding field notes, posting cache logs, and everything else you would normally do from a PC WITHOUT needing a premium account or needing to mess with GPX/LOC files. I know use this as my primary caching tool, it is so much less cumbersome than any other setup I have tried or seen others use and it works extremely well, the only issue is it is not weatherproof in any way whatsoever. If you need any more information, feel free to ask...
  6. Thanks graehe will give it a go! Although you may be able to get this to work, for a relatively low price you can probably find a iPAQ or Dell Axim that is newer and will run Windows Mobile 5 or newer and allow you to run much better software like GCzII or BasicGPS (both are free softwares) and much faster, and if you can find one with WiFi and/or Bluetooth you can do completely paperless caching. I picked up a Dell Axim X50v for $25 on CraigsList in decent shape, added a mega-extended battery and car charger off eBay for $15, and already had a CF GPS card. Several of these (including the Axim X50v) are "unofficially" upgradable to WM6 and even 6.1 or 6.5. For less than $50, you get a fairly accurate (depending on GPS card of course) and feature rich GPS for geocaching, the only drawback I have found is they are NOT weather-resistant. Do a little homework on this first and it can go a long way, only certain PDA's can be upgraded to WM5+, but many have unoffical upgrades available to WM6+. If you need more info on this send me a PM and I can point you to some websites with more information.
