  1. AH!!!! Been doing this for a while and had no idea about Pocket Queries. That's exactly what I was looking for. THANKS!!!
  2. Anyone know the format the URL that points to GPX files? I'm hoping it's something basic like: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/gpx/gpx.aspx?wp=XXXXXX In that case the wp value would be the Waypoint. Doesn't look like there's anyway of doing a bulk download of GPX files so I was gonna write something local for myself. Too often I go out to do a cache and find out that the cache is gone and I didn't know about it because the last time I downloaded the GPX had been months previous. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller??
  3. OK, figured it out. I am, indeed, a moron. I thought that the CacheMate application was included in the PDB file that GSAK creates. Didn't realize that you had to install it separately. I installed it and I'm good to go. Did my first paperless caches yesterday. SWEET! Thanks for all the help.
  4. Thanks for the reply NightPilot. I did indeed try to install the application but couldn't find it anywhere on the palm. I list all icons from all categories and it's just not there. The Palm is brand new. Something else I might be doing wrong?
  5. Hey All, Lemme know if I posted this in the wrong place. I just got a Palm 31 and was looking forward to using CacheMate to do a little paperless caching. I exported the PDB file and ran HotSync. As best as I can tell the application was uploaded to the Palm, but I don't see any way of running the application. Can anyone help me out? I see the application in the list of apps when I go to the Delete menu, but no way of running it. Help! Thanks, Bill
  6. Hey all, First time here so I apologize if this has been covered in the past. Lot of messages to go over. ha ha Is it possible to share a database with someone else? Basically I cache with a friend and I want to send them all of the waypoints that I've downloaded into GSAK. I could save one GPX at a time but I have hundreds imported so that would be a pain. Any thoughts? Can I e-mail the whole database? Thanks in advance, Bill
  7. Not sure if there's a bigger topic for feature suggestions and I apologize if there is. I recently started using GSAK and it's a tool I find very valuable. But, as I add several caches to my watch list at once I have to deal with them one at a time to both add them to my watchlist and download the GPX file. Here are my suggestions: 1. On the search results page there is a check box so you can download multiple LOG files at once. I'd like to be able to do the same thing with GPX files since they include much more information to be utilized by something like GSAK. 2. On the search results I'd like to be able to add many caches to my watchlist at once. I hope someone will tell me if I should post this topic somewhere else. Thanks.
